I have worked in this field since 1982. I established my company in Nov 1985 by purchasing a portion of the company I had been working for from 1982-1985, so Timothy J Kent Landscape has currently been in business for over 35 years. I am a Mass Certified Arborist and hold other certifications in ornamental plant management, pesticide application and invasive plant management as well as hundreds of hours of continuing education to maintain certifications. Most of my crew has been with me for multiple years. Overall skill levels vary but all crew members are hard working and strive to keep our level of workmanship high.
About Timothy J Kent Landscaping
On April 1, 2020, Timothy J Kent Landscape acquired Cape Caretakers, which is a well-established landscape company with 40+ years in business. The owner, Ben Nickerson, is semi retired but has stayed on in a part time capacity to help with the transition. In addition to Ben his entire crew has stayed on as well.
The combining of our two companies gave us the ability to take on jobs large and small. Our full summer crew is about 18-20 people. We provide full tree and lawn care, fence, maintenance, and construction. We will take care of most projects in house, but when taking on larger ones we partner with several talented masons, irrigation specialists and excavators to make sure we get the work done.
Timothy J Kent Landscape also partners with a talented Landscape Architect, Laurie Tarr, and two very good masons when the need arises for more in-depth construction and revamping of properties.
All in all we have a well balanced crew with the capacity to service most all of your landscaping needs.
